The civil war on the tiny Indian Ocean Island will soon restart after the escalation of violence which has been increased in the recent days.

Herby we would like to bring to your attention that the situation in the Northern peninsula is very tense due to the armed resistance of civilians against the security forces of the state.

A group of civilians have now said that they will no longer accept the current high security zone set up by the Sri Lankan government which prevent more then 300.000 civilians to return to their homes while they had been living more then over ten years by friends or even worse in refugee camps with great uncertainty.

Due to the death of more then 15 soldiers in the recent days we would like to advise all tourists and expatriate Tamils to leave the north of Sri Lanka.

This is an urgent request due to the outcome of the statement of the ‘'Liberation Force’' which is calling for more intensify attacks in the upcoming days against the armed forces in Jaffna region if the army will not withdraw from the High Security Zone.

We hope you will take our advise seriously, this to safeguard many innocent people which otherwise will be caught up in the fight between the Tamil rebels and the state of the Social Republic of Sri Lanka

Herby we convey our condolences for all people which have been affected by the recent violence and hopefully the war will not resume but the indication are not that positive.

We urge the international community to immediately put pressure on the Sri Lankan government to resume peace talks on the basis of the ISGA put forward by the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam and to treat both parties committed to the cease fire agreement as equal.

We will keep you up-to-date and brief you of the ongoing developments on the island.
